Our Team
David Elverson
David has been supporting transformation and improvements in the public sector for the last 15 years. He has a Masters in Marketing and has a real passion to use the latest marketing techniques and technologies to lead to better engagement between public bodies and the communities they serve. David is passionate about place shaping and supporting place based transformation of the public sector. David sits on a Cabinet Office Quality Review Panel as a subject matter expert reviewing the impact on people and culture of major Government transformation programmes.
David is the author of ‘Commercial Gov: a practical guide to commercial development in the public sector’.
Bob Smith
Geoff is a management consultant with over 20 years experience specialising in the public and third sectors. He brings a strong track record in strategic planning, operational modelling, marketing and engagement and has worked with a wide range of clients including NGO’s, charities, government departments, executive agencies and public bodies. His expertise in restorative practices and relational management means that he brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and audience engagement that is built around peoples needs at every level.
